Our Mission
At PHARF, our mission is to provide a safe and caring environment for all of the animals that come through our rescue. We strive to find loving forever homes for each and every cat and dog that we take in, including those in our foster program.
Our Team
Our team is made up of dedicated animal lovers who are passionate about providing the best care possible to the adoptable animals in our rescue. We work tirelessly to ensure that each animal receives the love and attention they deserve, and we are proud to support our foster program to help even more animals find safe and loving homes.
